SAMSUNG AS09R Series main board repair

Masalah kerosakan papan litar pada penghawa dingin SAMSUNG AS09R series ini pernah saya kongsikan dahulu dan anda boleh membacanya di sini & sini.
Samsung AS09R - main board
Setelah saya periksa kembali papan litar tersebut dan hanya dua komponen sahaja yang didapati rosak iaitu fius 1A & sebiji ic (TNY276PN) seperti telah saya tandakan pada gambar di atas.
Atas: fius rosak, Bawah: fius baru
Setelah fius & ic ditukar
Setelah komponen yang didapati rosak diatas ditukar dan diuji, kini papan litar tersebut masih boleh digunakan lagi.
Tested - ok
Selamat mencuba...

      Electronic repairing shop should able to do the troubleshooting and repairing.

      I'm from Sarawak sir. I purchase the components online at shopee/lazada and replaced it myself.

      Thank you for the reply sir. I have the same issue with the same model.

      How did you know it was the test IC and fuse issue, was it because it looked burned? Or you tested each component one by one?

      Is the AC still working fine til today?

      Generally, if fuse blown, rectifier or power ic is the culprit. In my case, the rectifier is still good but shorted on power ic. I've sold the PCB and so far no complain from buyer until today.

      Thanks Hercules, you're a demigod! I soldered in a new IC and my aircon seems to be running fine now.

      My issue was it was turn off by itself after 5min or 15mins. The flap will remain open and the led light would off as well. As if electric suddenly cut. BUT then after like 15mins will turn on by itself again.

      But I don't think any my fuse was blown. Maybe because Im using a starter.
