Hari ini saya dirujuk sebuah ketuhar gelombang mikro (microwave) berjenama SAMSUNG, model MS23K3513AK dengan masalah boleh dihidupkan namun tidak panas.

Tidak panas merupakan masalah yang sering dirujuk untuk dibaiki dan saya pernah kongsikan microwave jenama lain di sini, sini, sini dan sini.

Dari label, saya dapati microwave ini dikilangkan pada Ogos 2018 dan tarikh dibeli oleh pemilik ialah pada 09/10/2019 dan telah digunakan lebih dari 3 tahun.

Pemeriksaan menyeluruh mendapati kerosakkannya ialah pada magnetron yang mengakibatkan HV fuse juga turut putus.

Microwave ini berjaya diselamatkan dan masih boleh digunakan semula setelah kedua-dua komponen yang rosak di atas telah saya gantikan dengan yang baharu.

hi Hercules, first of all, kudos to all the sharing, I learned a lot from your experiences. So I have a mg23k3513gk and the display and buttons are not working. From outside, it looks like the entire thing not working, but probing the inside concludes that power is being transmitted. 10A fuse and HV fuse are all intact, quick check on magnetron shows that it's fine. I suspect the display and button pcb kong already, due to infestation of cockroaches. The entire pcb is filled with cockroaches excretes. Could you share me where to obtain pcb replacement. I couldn't find any on the web so far.
ReplyDeletePerhaps you may try to clean the PCB first. I have no idea where to get the PCB replacement.
DeleteThanks for the swift response. Since both fuse are intact, is my hypothesis correct that power pcb and HV components are fine, and the problem is at the display pcb. I tried cleaning it, but still can't turn on.
